We make our tinctures using only the finest quality organically produced fresh echinacea root.

The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high 1ml is the equivalent of 333mg of echinacea root. We use alcohol as this is the most efficient method to gain the synergistic benefits of the whole herb.

Dosage levels are very small 2ml to 5ml for adults (20 to 50 drops)

Some people prefer to take our tinctures in fruit juice or other flavoured drinks

Contraindications:

Echinacea is essentially nontoxic when taken orally. People should not take Echinacea without consulting a herbal practitioner if they have an autoimmune illness, such as lupus, or other progressive diseases, such as tuberculosis or multiple sclerosis. Those who are allergic to flowers of the daisy family should take Echinacea with caution. There are no known contra-indications to the use of Echinacea during pregnancy or lactation.
